Yes! Patented Snow Magic Inc. technology creates snow using just water with no additives or artificial materials, so it’s completely safe for everyone (including the littlest ones) to play in. Once the snow melts the water is passed through a recycling system where the water is then purified and used to make new snow. Any contaminated snow gets disposed of daily so the snow remains clean at all times.
No, there is no snow that falls from the ceiling during the sessions. All new snow is only filtered into the snow park during the night so that there is fresh snow every morning for you to enjoy!
Each session will allow you access to the following:
• Snow slopes
• Snow play area where you will be able to build your own snowman (Snowman building kits are available to rent at our Snow shop)
• Target wall for you to throw your snow balls at. We do advise against throwing snow at people as it could injure the person.
• Café with delicious hot beverages (no food is sold or allowed in the park – unless in the birthday party area).
• Snow Shop with awesome Snow Wonderland merchandise on sale.
A snow session lasts 45 minutes.
Monday – Thursday:

Saturday, Public & School Holidays:
First Session – 9am

Sunday:
First Session – 9am
Last Session – 8pm
Each session runs for a period of 45 minutes and costs R105 for a full access ticket or R55 for a spectating ticket.
NOTE: Spectators will not be allowed on the Snow slope slides or in the Snow Play area.
No there is no minimum age but only children 6 years and older will be permitted on the snow slopes. Kids under the age of 6 will only be permitted on the mini slope with parental supervision but there is no limit to the snow play area.
No food is available. We do have a Café on sight that will sell a variety of beverages as well as a s’more’s making kit for you to enjoy with family and friends.
No lockers are available and you are responsible for your own belongings. The snow park will not be held liable for any loss or damage of your property.
Unfortunately, if you arrive late you will only be able to join what remains of the session time booked. In order to ensure you get to enjoy the full duration of your snow session make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled snow session.
The temperature within the snow park is between 18°c – 20°c so wear warm comfortable clothing and closed shoes. It’s not freezing so everyone can enjoy the park comfortably. If you hadn’t planned on playing in the snow, then you’re welcome to hire gumboots or shoe covers. We also have a snow shop where you are able to purchase various Snow Wonderland branded items such as scarfs, beanies, gloves & jackets.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your snow session starts. This allows you time to book in, ensure you have the correct clothing and get ready to have a thrilling experience. You will be given a coloured arm band to allow you access for a particular session.
There will be an online booking system in place. It is recommended that you book in advance as to avoid disappointment, especially at weekends and during school holidays.
Yes, you can pay cash at the door. But to avoid disappointment during peak seasons we advise that you book and pay online so that you don’t run the risk of missing out or waiting for a session with available space.
