Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! Patented Snow Magic Inc. technology creates snow using just water with no additives or artificial materials, so it’s completely safe for everyone (including the littlest ones) to play in. Once the snow melts the water is passed through a recycling system where the water is then purified and used to make new snow. Any contaminated snow gets disposed of daily so the snow remains clean at all times.

No, there is no snow that falls from the ceiling during the sessions. All new snow is only filtered into the snow park during the night so that there is fresh snow every morning for you to enjoy!

Each session will allow you access to the following:

• Snow slopes
• Snow play area where you will be able to build your own snowman (Snowman building kits are available to rent at our Snow shop)
• Target wall for you to throw your snow balls at. We do advise against throwing snow at people as it could injure the person.
• Café with delicious hot beverages (no food is sold or allowed in the park – unless in the birthday party area).
• Snow Shop with awesome Snow Wonderland merchandise on sale.
